To portray our project, we would like to share that Uttarakhand Chief Minister Helpline inaugurated on 23rd February 2019 by our Honourable Chief Minister Shri Trivendra Singh Rawat is one of the most versatile, modified and public oriented redressal system currently running in our state also known as 1905 Helpline Service. Our objective is to serve our citizen with the appropriate and speedy resolution, along with obtaining maximum satisfaction percentage.
Our system not only accepts grievances, it also welcomes suggestions and demands raised by the citizen. We are also capable of providing schemes related information to our citizens and encourage them to avail the service depending upon the eligibility.
Now talking about our redressal mechanism, our system has turned out to be completely cordial to our officers while handling the grievances. We have built our mechanism keeping in mind all the aspects with layman’s point of view. Prioritizing the complaints based on race, cast, creed and religion is strictly prohibited under our mission. Currently we are up with three platforms for lodging complaints (Calling us at 1905, Visiting our online portal at https://cmhelpline.uk.gov.in/Public/OnlineComplaint.aspx and via Mobile Application). Our system is a one stop centre for citizens wherein multiple departments are mapped under a single operating process.
As we play a role of mediocre who just passes/forward the complaints to its concerned location, but we also make sure that no complaint remains unattended that bring us to our major responsibility of monitoring the entire process that consists of certain steps like timely review meets with the officers, process analysis, etc.
