State Portal & State Service Delivery Gateway


The e-Forms (Electronic Forms) on state portal and SSDG project has been formulated under the National eGovernance Plan (NeGP). The project aims to make all government services accessible to the common man in his locality through Common service delivery outlets and insure efficiency, transparency and reliability of such services at affordable cost to realize the basic needs of common man. e-Forms application will enable citizen to download form and submit their applications electronically with help of Electronic forms on the state portal and routed by a Common service gateway (SSDG).This important initiative facilitating electronic service delivery will provide significant benefits to the citizens specially in the form of single gateway to citizens for service delivery.


Current Status

e-Forms: State Portal and SSDG e-Forms: State Portal and SSDG RFP for implementation of e-Forms through State Portal and State Service Delivery Gateway has been uploaded. No bidder participated in tender. This was a limited tender. However, no bid was received from MeitY empaneled vendors. Subsequently as per MeitY advice proposal for implementation from NIC & CDAC has been sought. CDAC and NIC proposal for implementation through selection of IA has been received. Accordingly, letter to state government was sent for necessary directions regarding implementation of SSDG. State had sanctioned implementation of SSDG through C-DAC. CSC-SPV have given proposal for preparation of Common Application Portal and offered to take up few components of this project. From 26 Departments 272 Services have been identified, 7 no LOI’s from seven departments have been received out of which 13 e-forms for different department have been developed and 13 services technical integration for Transport Department have been done. Proposal for financial modle have been put up for draft with ITDA .
