MoU between ITDA & National Critical Information Infrastructure Protection Center (NCIIPC), Government of India, New Delhi was signed on 26.12.2017 initially for a period of 1 year with an objective of training of 25 officials per batch of Government of Uttarakhand on Cyber Security with an objective to improve Cyber Hygiene at their work place & of their Critical Information Infrastructure.

As per the MoU, NCIIPC would be responsible for developing & organizing training on Cyber Security for Government of Uttarakhand officials, utilize their employees as trainers or invite outside guest speaker/faculty and establishing minimum IT Infrastructure facilities whereas ITDA would be responsible for providing space of 1500 sq.ft. with adequate office furniture, Air conditioning, Leased line, Managing recurring expenditure (administrative as well as consumables) & providing personnel on 24/7 basis for day to day manning of the facility & maintenance.

Officials trained can be involved in various NCIIPC Projects apart from maintaining Cyber Hygiene at their organisation.

Inauguration of Cyber Security Training Center by Hon'ble Chief Minister of Uttarakhand has been done on 9th July 2018 and activities related to start the work are in progress.
